Request for refund

Psychology of Language Learning conference Cape Breton University, Canada

(valid until June 30, 2021*)

The fourth international Psychology of Language Learning conference (PLL4) was scheduled to be held at Cape Breton University (CANADA) in June 2020. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the conference was postponed to June 2022. Registrations and fees paid will be carried over automatically to the new conference dates (no need to register again).

Participants who registered and paid the conference fee can request a full refund of the conference fees (less the $5 fee charged by the registration company). Anyone who wishes to register to attend PLL4 can re-register and pay the fee posted at that time.

Please note that the conference fee is separate from the IAPLL Association membership fee. IAPLL has extended the membership period for anyone who joined for PLL4. If you joined or renewed your IAPLL membership in 2018, 2019, or 2020 you can continue to be a member until the end of 2022.

Normally, the conference registration fees will be refunded to the credit card used during registration. This requires that the card number be valid. If your credit card has expired or is no longer valid, we can refund the fee by cheque or wire transfer.

In the message box, please let us know which of the following applies to you:

1. My credit card used for registration can be used to refund the conference fee.

2. I am in Canada, please issue a refund cheque to the name and address below.

3. I am not in Canada, please send me a Wire Transfer Form to fill out.

* Please note that the company that runs the registration process we used for 2020 is changing their system and the opportunity for refunds using the above approach expires at the end of June 2021 when that system will go offline.
